Featured Winner in International Artist^® Magazine

Back in the summer of 2012, Cees Penning was recognized by the International Artist^® Magazine in their floral and gardens competition. They were voted the best artist magazine by their peers. Cees was the grand prize winner in the competion for his Purple Orchid oil painting (24 X 34").
